Product Description: The HUADA SSMP-KB2 is an ultra-small push-in RF coaxial connector designed for high-frequency applications. With a compact form factor, it outperforms traditional SMP connectors. Ideal for modular and dense installations, this connector ensures reliable signal transmission up to 50 GHz.

Key Features of the HUADA SSMP-KB2 Connector

Impedance: The SSMP-KB2 operates at 50 Ω, ensuring efficient signal transmission.

Frequency Range: It covers an impressive range from DC up to 65 GHz, making it suitable for high-frequency applications.

VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio): The VSWR formula is given by: VSWR=1.02+0.012⋅F

(where (F) is the frequency in GHz).

Insertion Loss: The insertion loss is approximately (0.04 cdot sqrt{F}) dB (where (F) is the frequency in GHz).

Dielectric Withstanding Voltage (DWV): The connector can handle up to 325 Vrms.

Insulation Resistance: It boasts an insulation resistance of ≥ 5000 MΩ (minimum).

RF High Pot Test: The SSMP-KB2 can withstand 190 Vrms at 5 MHz.

Engagement Force (Detent and Smooth Bore): The connector engages smoothly with a force of ≤ 6.5 lbs (detent) and ≤ 2.5 lbs (smooth bore).

Disengagement Force (Detent and Smooth Bore): It disengages with a minimum force of ≥ 4 lbs (detent) and ≥ 1.5 lbs (smooth bore).

Radial and Axial Misalignment: The connector tolerates ±0.010 inches radial misalignment and 0.000/0.010 inches axial misalignment.

Mating Cycles: The SSMP-KB2 connector endures ≥ 500 cycles (smooth bore) and ≥ 100 cycles (full detent).

Center Contact Captivation: It provides a secure connection with a force of ≥ 7 N.

Temperature Range: From -55°C to +165°C.

Thermal Shock: Complies with MIL-STD-202, Method 107, Condition C.

Moisture Resistance: Meets MIL-STD-202, Method 106 (except step 7b).

Corrosion Resistance: Per MIL-STD-202, Method 101, Condition B.

Vibration and Shock: Conforms to MIL-STD-202, Methods 204 (Condition D) and 213 (Condition E).
