With a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω and a maximum frequency of 28 GHz, it ensures reliable signal transmission. Its compact form factor, high reliability, and compatibility with M/COM’s OSSP series make it an ideal choice for various microwave circuits. Whether connecting chassis or cabinets, the SBMA-JJ facilitates blind mating, enhancing system modularity.
Trust HUADA for quality and precision. The SBMA-JJ connector offers easy maintenance, high standardization, and seamless interchangeability. Widely used in radar systems and other applications, it combines small size with robust performance. When you need a reliable solution for 28GHz circuits, the SBMA-JJ RF Coaxial Connector stands out as a top choice.
Key Features of the HUADA SMA/SBMA-JJ RF Connector
Power Supply: Input Voltage: The SBMA-JJ operates on a 24VDC power supply, with a permissible range of 20.4VDC to 28.8VDC (with less than 10% ripple). It’s essential to maintain voltage within this range for optimal performance.
Max. Current Consumption: For NPN Inputs: The current consumption is 225mA at 24VDC.
For PNP Inputs: The current consumption is 185mA at 24VDC.
Note that the backlight and Ethernet card have specific current requirements (see Note 1 below).
Notes: To calculate actual power consumption, consider subtracting the current for each unused element (e.g., analog outputs) from the maximum current consumption value.
Different SM35/SM43 models may have varying values for backlight and Ethernet card current.
Digital Inputs: Number of Inputs: The SBMA-JJ features 12 configurable digital inputs (can be set as npn or pnp).
Input Voltage Ranges: For pnp (source) configuration: Logic ‘0’ corresponds to 0-5VDC, and Logic ‘1’ to 17-28.8VDC.
For npn (sink) configuration: Logic ‘0’ corresponds to 17-28.8VDC, and Logic ‘1’ to 0-5VDC.
Response Time: Typically 10ms for normal digital inputs.
High-Speed Input Cable Length (max.): HSC (High-Speed Counter): Up to 100 meters
Shaft-encoder (pnp/npn): Up to 50 meters (shielded)
Analog Inputs: Number of Inputs: The SBMA-JJ has 2 analog inputs, supporting multi-range signals (0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA).
Resolution: A high-resolution 32-bit analog-to-digital conversion (except for 4-20mA).
Conversion Time: Fast mode available for rapid data acquisition.
